Hello,
My name is Leland Bird,
I am enrolled in Digital Marketing. But this was not my first choice. I was enrolled in Business Management before switching programs. I have wanted to create my own business at one time, but now I feel that digital marketing may be my current interest. But who knows, maybe I will create a consultant business and use the knowledge of both programs to be successful. At my current track, I will be able to finish this program in the Spring of 2024.

Community Involvement
I am currently employed within my tribe (Ho-Chunk Nation). I am the Center Director for Tomah Ho-Chunk Youth Services. I do enjoy this job and being able to make a positive impact on tribal youth in a positive atmosphere after school. I am using the knowledge I have gained from this program and using it to get word out on our programs that we offer for youth and families.
Interests
I do have quite a few hobbies. Spending time with my son and traveling when we are able too. When we do travel, we do like to travel to pow wows. I also enjoy singing at pow wows and teaching my son how to sing and dance. I like golfing, since 2020 I had picked it up more and more. I do enjoy reading, I have been finding books that interest me more and different kinds like mindset, habits, and sci-fi. Lastly, I been on YouTube a lot, watching vlogs, mindset, time management, digital content, and pow wow music.
